Entity vs. brandOneNine Design LLC is the legal entity being sold. It was spun out as a standalone book in January 2026. Perfect retains the parent brand and other lines of business.
Data correctionSource data overstated MRR for one customer due to non-WordPress work being billed on the same invoice. WordPress-attributable revenue for that customer is $500/mo ($6,000 ARR); the remainder is not included in this book. Corrected in the roster.
Year 1 promotional pricingA small number of customers are currently on year-1 promotional or barter pricing and will renew at standard Tier 1 New Annual rates ($6,000/yr) in year 2. Identified in the Plan Note column.
Recent cancellationsOne customer canceled in May 2026 and has been removed from this roster.
New Tier 3 customerOne new customer signed in April 2026 onto the Tier 3 Quarterly plan ($9,500/qtr, 80 hrs/qtr, rollover, $100/hr overage). First quarterly renewal due July 2026. Revenue and ARR fully reflected.
Platform NotesSome customer portfolios include non-WordPress sites (Shopify, custom platforms). Flagged in the Platform Notes column where applicable. Not all portfolio sites are WordPress.
